• Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to restaurant standards.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Support the kitchen staff by helping with food prep and other tasks as needed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
