Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in expanding our digital footprint, supporting growth, and driving engagement across multiple brands and initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy marketer with a passion for digital performance, SEO, paid media, and marketing automation. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Recruiting, and Business Development teams to support both B2B and clinician-focused campaigns.


Job Description

• Manage and maintain Core, Engage, and Align websites using WordPress (Advanced proficiency required)

• Optimize digital presence using SEO best practices and tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, display networks, and other relevant platforms to support both recruitment and brand awareness goals

• Create or adapt campaign graphics using Canva, ensuring assets are brand-aligned and visually effective

• Own and maintain marketing automation tools including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Definitive Healthcare

• Segment and manage audiences for personalized outreach campaigns

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns for business development and clinician recruiting

• Collaborate with Marketing (and Clinician Recruiting) to maintain accurate job postings across websites and third-party platforms like PracticeMatch and PracticeLink

• Write and adapt compelling job advertisements using approved brand messaging and recruitment marketing templates

• Write and edit digital content including blogs, email copy, social posts, and landing pages aligned with Core’s voice and goals

• Assist in repurposing content for multiple formats (e.g., turning webinars into blog posts or social graphics)

• Ensure all content follows brand tone, SEO best practices, and supports campaign objectives


Required Qualifications

• Advanced skills in WordPress, SEO (SEMrush), Google Analytics/Search Console, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Ads

• Strong copywriting skills and experience with email marketing platforms

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver quality work in an efficient manner.

• Ability to work autonomously, manage projects from concept to completion, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

• Effective collaboration skills to work harmoniously within a team environment, contributing to collective goals and project success.

• Proficient time management and project management abilities ensure efficient workflow, task prioritization, and timely delivery of projects.


Screening Criteria

• At least three (3) to five (5) years of digital marketing experience

• Must have a stable employment history


Desired Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare B2B environments.

• Familiarity with clinician recruiting or healthcare marketing is a plus.
