• Manage the company’s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce creative assets (graphics, videos, blog posts).
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

Website & Content Management

• Coordinate with web developers or manage CMS platforms to keep the company website up to date with relevant content.
• Write or oversee digital content, such as blog posts, newsletters, and landing pages.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channels.

Communication & Reporting

• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaigns and digital presence.
• Communicate with Athens Group, Safety Department, and Crew Department regarding updates on organizational matters and legal requirements that our seafarers need to be informed of through our website.
