Position: E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Lead

Location: Kajang, Selangor (On-site)

About the Role

We are seeking a Commerce & Digital Marketing Lead/ Manager to take ownership of the company’s online business.



With a strong offline business presence, the company is now ready to rebuild its e-commerce and digital marketing division to strengthen its online brand presence and grow online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Rebuild and expand the company’s e-commerce presence across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram, and the company’s webstore.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, traffic, and conversion leads.
• Manage product listings, promotions, pricing, and online campaigns to optimize engagement and boost sales conversion rates.
• Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless customer journey from awareness to purchase.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze marketing and sales performance data to track conversion funnels, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Build, mentor, and lead a small internal e-commerce team as the business scales.

Who We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia’s online retail platforms: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Strategic yet hands-on — capable of setting up and optimizing full e-commerce operations.
• Experience in FMCG, herbal, or health-related industries is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, creative, and leadership skills.
• Language proficiency: Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
