This role builds the systems behind content at scale.

What you do:

• Build scalable content systems that post on IG, TikTok, Youtube
• Design multi-channel structures (100s of channels)
• Create production pipelines (AI + human)
• Build automation workflows
• Set up distribution systems
• Hire and manage editors and operators (benefit if you can edit yourself)
• Build QA and performance systems
• Track, optimize, and scale content operations
