POSITION: INFLUENCER MARKETING SPECIALIST


1. Be responsible for the development of influencers in markets such as the US and the UK, including screening, establishing connections and subsequent influencer maintenance etc.

2. Implement the influencer strategy in combination with brand positioning, influencer profiling and campaign requirements and complete the influencer work with both quality and quantity guaranteed.

3. Be capable of effectively facilitating cross-departmental communication and collaboration with upstream and downstream partners, ensuring the accurate execution of demand information and guaranteeing the accuracy of the content produced by influencers.

Keep a close eye on current hot topics and the dynamics of competing products and optimize the quality of influencers.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, E-commerce, advertising media or related fields, CET-4 or above, fluent in listening, speaking,reading and writing, familiar with overseas culture. Those with overseas study or work experience is preferred.
  2. Relevant working experience in influencer operation is required. Those who have executed influencer business for brand campaigns and those with experience in influencer operation for AMAZON and DTC are preferred.
  3. Understand the influencer gameplay on both AMAZON and DTC platforms and have practical experience in implementation.
  4. Be familiar with overseas social media platforms including Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, etc and understand the characteristics and gameplay of influencers on each platform.
  5. Passionate about home furnishings and like keeping an eye on the latest trends and hotspots,having a clear understanding of KOL planning, being aware of the promotion rhythm at different stages and having a clear logical thinking.
  6. Atleast 1 year overseas social media operations experience, with strong capabilities in influencer operation, copywriting, content creativity and analysis, clear logic, strong communication and expression skills and strong stress resistance.
  7. Strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, strong execution ability, result-oriented, with strong systematic and management capabilities, capable of collaborating with multiple departments to achieve goals, business implementation and continuous optimization.
