Job Overview

We are looking for a mid-to-senior level IT/Ops Development Specialist to support the technical execution and integration of digital solutions for exhibitions. This role requires expertise in DevSecOps, backend development, cloud infrastructure, and multimedia content systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless deployment, security, and performance of digital exhibition experiences, working closely with design, content, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & DevSecOps

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for exhibition technology.
• Deploy and maintain containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and updates.
• Ensure cloud security compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or equivalent) and enforce DevSecOps best practices.
• Provide backend support for exhibition technology systems, ensuring stability, security, and scalability.

Multimedia & Content Systems Integration

• Implement and maintain Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
• Integrate multimedia systems (video, interactive content, real-time data streaming) with backend infrastructure.
• Work with media servers, content scheduling platforms, and streaming protocols for exhibition installations.

Software Development & No-Code Integration

• Develop and optimize backend services and API integrations.
• Utilize no-code/low-code development platforms for rapid deployment and solution integration.
• Manage database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud-based storage solutions.

Exhibition Technology & Operations

• Act as the technical lead during exhibitions, ensuring system uptime and troubleshooting issues in real-time.
• Collaborate with hardware vendors and software providers to ensure seamless execution.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for real-time performance tracking.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in AR/VR, digital signage, and interactive experiences.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, marketers, and production teams to align technical solutions with creative objectives.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Lead technical planning, budgeting, and risk assessments for exhibition projects.
• Drive continuous improvements and innovations in exhibition technology deployment.

Technical Expertise

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure, DevSecOps, or backend development within multimedia-driven environments.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD), and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Experience managing security frameworks and compliance standards for cloud-based applications.
• Solid backend development experience with API integration and database management.

Multimedia & Content Systems

• Experience with CMS, DAM systems, and content marketing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with multimedia and interactive installations.
• Knowledge of media servers, real-time streaming, and high-performance digital experiences.

Agile & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Strong ability to coordinate across design, marketing, and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in exhibition, events, or immersive technology industries.
• Familiarity with AR/VR, interactive installations, and emerging digital technologies.
• Knowledge of cost optimization in cloud computing, automation frameworks, and DevOps toolchains.
