Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer responsible for designing and optimizing user interfaces and user experiences. You will work closely with the product and technical teams to ensure our blockchain and DeFi products offer an intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities:

● User Interface Design: Design visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces.

● User Experience Optimization: Continuously improve the product's user experience based on user feedback and data analysis.

● Design Specification Development: Create and maintain design style guides to ensure product consistency.

● Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate design concepts into actual products.

● Prototyping and Testing: Create interactive prototypes, conduct user testing, and gather feedback.

● Experience Requirements: 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience, with priority given to candidates with experience in blockchain or fintech.

● Proficiency in Design Tools: Mastery of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.

● User Orientation: A deep understanding of user experience, capable of designing products based on user needs.

● Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong cross-team collaboration abilities, able to effectively convey design concepts.
