We’re looking for Delivery Team Leader to work for Noventiq Philippines. You’ll be a part of our Service Delivery team.


What You’ll Do

  • Leading a team of local dispersed resources to deliver technology projects on time and geography for which they have responsibility.
  • Participation in monitoring each of the health of the project. Managed the customer satisfaction index.
  • Collaboration with team (another engineer, global delivery center, project managers, HQ colleagues) to deliver the best project to end customers.
  • Ensures timely liaison with vendors regarding problems, fixes, and required enhancements.
  • Participate the growth plan with management (new capability, skill & certification) and hiring. Mentor and help new engineers to achieve more than they thought possible.
  • Responsible for operating, administering, and managing the day-to-day operations and driving partnerships with the cross-functional teams (Sales/Presales).
  • Provide management updates, status reporting, and dashboards from a Delivery project and support health perspective to demonstrate progress and process maturity


Profile Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Technical Leader with project delivery and client relationship management in a technology environment.
  • Experience for Office 365, Azure/Multi-Cloud or Low Code platform Projects
  • Troubleshoot and take ownership of sophisticated problems and resolve high-impacting operational issues
  • Provides strategic guidance and advice in situations with no precedent and drives service enhancement efforts.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) must be able to communicate at business and technical levels with internal teams and executives, an absolute commitment to customer services.
  • Availability for occasional off-hour work related to 24x7 up-time and availability of the product suite; willingness to support the team who has on-call coverage expectations.
