Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must be at least High School Graduate/College level (preferred)
  • Has a Professional Driver's License
  • Must be customer-service oriented, adaptable and flexible and willing to do fieldwork
  • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
  • Work experience in the related field is an advantage


Description:

  • Monitoring that the vehicles being serviced have status tags to make sure that the vehicle has already gone service advisor reception and have repair order
  • Undertakes checklists for all the units received for service in the allowable lead time (maximum of 15 minutes)
  • Making sure that all appointment vehicles are prioritized for checklist
  • Explaining thoroughly the checklist to the customer
  • Organizing parking arrangement of vehicles in the reception area and carwash area
  • Driving and assuring safe parking of units inside dealer premises
  • Using seat cover and matting during checklist
  • Escorting customers upon releasing of units
  • Making sure that all checklist units are done accurate and clear
  • Responsible collection of seat covers every morning and the end of work time
  • Checking and assuring the cleanliness of customer vehicle before releasing
