Description
- Safely transport goods to assigned locations.
- Load and unload packages efficiently.
- Maintain delivery logs and paperwork.
- Ensure timely deliveries while following traffic regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
- Collaborate with dispatch to optimize delivery routes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal education required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong navigation skills, ability to manage time effectively, and good communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Deliver packages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and manage delivery paperwork.
- Working Conditions: Often outdoors; may require lifting heavy items and adhering to safety protocols.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
