We’re hiring a Database Administrator to manage, support, and optimize critical database systems. The role focuses on ensuring system stability, performance, and data security, while also contributing to resolving application issues and improving overall infrastructure efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain database performance, availability, and security.
• Perform routine backups, recovery, and data protection tasks.
• Troubleshoot database-related issues and implement fixes.
• Optimize SQL queries and manage database configurations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support application stability.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in database administration (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Proficient in SQL and scripting for automation and data manipulation.
• Knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization.
• Familiarity with backup, recovery, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, or Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to Linux/Windows server environments.
• VMware and hybrid cloud experience is a plus.
