We are looking for proactive and engaging trainers who are passionate about helping individuals grow their skills and knowledge. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, developing learning materials, and ensuring trainees gain a deep understanding of key concepts. This role requires strong communication skills, a structured approach to training, and adaptability to different learning styles.

• Deliver training sessions to engage and stimulate new and existing employees, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill application.
• Work closely with managers to assess training needs and schedule sessions accordingly.
• Design and implement effective training programs.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual coaching sessions.
• Develop educational materials such as module summaries, videos, and guides.
• Support and mentor new employees to enhance their learning experience.
• Maintain attendance records and other relevant documentation.

•  Native English speaker with excellent communication skills
•  Ability to communicate, report, and provide updates in English clearly and professionally
•  Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
•  Can start ASAP as soon as April 1 onwards
•  Prior experience as a trainer is required
•  Up-to-date computer and stable internet connection
