- Encodes and monitors incoming and outgoing products.
- Prepares reports for the supervisor regarding the products.
- Files and maintains records that need to be stored and protected.
- Assists with lifting and supporting production helpers.
- Responsible for encoding the Finished Goods and Bad Stocks transactions in the system. Also ensures accuracy, correctness, and timely processing of transactions in the system.
- Innovative, creative, flexible, committed, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Able to work under pressure and extended hours.
- Exhibits the right attitude towards work, proactive, innovative, dependable, and results-oriented.
- Ensures that all receiving and issuance for clients/principals are complete based on documents and in good quality condition.
- Reports and creates incident reports for any damaged items.
- Ensures daily monitoring and counting of stocks.
- Ensures 100% inventory accuracy.
- Reports on aging and slow-moving materials.
- Records and files all documentation between the department and suppliers.
- Ensures all documents for customer requests and stock transfers to other customers are prepared and complete.
- Ensures all stocks are available upon request from clients/principals, departments, and customers.
- Prepares and summarizes required reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Performs other related functions as assigned by the superior.
- Complies with all government, customer, and client/principal safety, health, environment, and quality policies and procedures.
