- Accurately inputting data, maintaining records, and generating reports.
- Handling incoming calls and other communications
- Managing filing system
- Recording information as needed
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing
- Helping organize and maintain office clerk duties and errands
- Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation need as required
- Coordinating events as necessary
- Maintaining supply inventory
- maintaining office equipment as needed
- Aiding with client reception as needed.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Requirements
- Job Title: Data Encoder
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in documentation, report generation, and Windows operating systems.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
