  • Accurately input and update data in the database
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
  • Verify and review data for errors
  • Coordinate with team members for data collection
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Follow company data entry policies and procedures
  • Complete tasks within set deadlines
  • Handles sales encoding.
  • Daily Receivables
  • Product reconciliation (Product Variance Report)
  • Discuss various sales report to sales department
  • Other jobs that may be assign from time to time

Requirements

  • Job Title: Data Encoder
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level position.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in data structure, documentation standards, and advanced Excel skills.
