Prepare comprehensive client shareholder reports, including data gathering, analysis, and final report generation, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
Coordinate with global teams, providing regular project updates at each stage of development.
Identify institutional shareholders by conducting thorough research and analysis of data from the banking/brokerage community, investment managers, and publicly available documents, adhering to detailed guidelines and procedures.
Perform share registry analysis across multiple listed stock exchanges.
Contribute to the evaluation of operational processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring quality outcomes.
Utilize research tools such as Bloomberg, internet sources, and other databases for data collection and analysis.
Work independently on projects while proactively sharing key findings and updates with the team.
Respond to client inquiries, providing clear and accurate information.
Take on ad hoc tasks and additional responsibilities as required, supporting other teams with various projects.

Proven experience in preparing shareholder identification reports is essential.
Solid understanding of global financial markets, including key trends, regulations, and major stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, with a keen ability to work with numbers and solve complex problems.
Proficient in financial analysis platforms, such as Eikon, and Bloomberg.
Able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
Flexible working on EMEA or AMER shifts as needed.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Bachelor's degree holder.
