Job Summary:

• The IT Business Analyst Lead will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, improving processes, and ensuring alignment between IT systems and business goals.
• This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to implement effective IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis initiatives, gathering and documenting IT and business requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements, automation, and digital transformation strategies.
• Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with business needs.
• Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders to define project scopes.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation in current IT systems.
• Support project implementation by providing user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and change management support.
• Monitor KPIs and success metrics to ensure IT solutions drive business value.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or related role.
• Strong expertise in business process modeling, requirement gathering, and gap analysis.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-PBA, or Agile BA.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with SQL, data analytics, and reporting tools.
