崗位職責
• 搭建並優化神策中的用戶路徑分析模型與行為數據框架
• 深入研究用戶在站內的行為路徑，識別關鍵轉化節點與流失環節
• 與產品、市場及運營團隊協作，輸出可落地的用戶行為洞察與建議
• 參與用戶標籤體系設計，為用戶分層與定向運營提供支持
• 持續提升數據看板效率，推動數據驅動的精細化運營決策
任職要求 / Requirements:
• 熟練使用神策分析（Sensors Analytics）進行漏斗、路徑、留存等模型構建
• 精通 SQL，能獨立構建多維分析報表（Metabase 優先）
• 有良好的邏輯能力和跨部門溝通能力
• 有交易所或 Web3 產品用戶行為分析經驗者優先
