岗位职责
• 搭建并优化神策中的用户路径分析模型与行为数据框架
• 深入研究用户在站内的行为路径，识别关键转化节点与流失环节
• 与产品、市场及运营团队协作，输出可落地的用户行为洞察与建议
• 参与用户标签体系设计，为用户分层与定向运营提供支持
• 持续提升数据看板效率，推动数据驱动的精细化运营决策
任职要求 / Requirements:
• 熟练使用 神策分析（Sensors Analytics） 进行漏斗、路径、留存等模型构建
• 精通 SQL，能独立构建多维分析报表（Metabase 优先）
• 有良好的逻辑能力和跨部门沟通能力
• 有交易所或 Web3 产品用户行为分析经验者优先
