Collecting and cleaning data from various sources (both internal and external)
Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights
Creating reports, data visualizations, and interactive dashboards (using Excel, Google Sheets, or tools like Power BI/Tableau)
Collaborating with marketing, product, and management teams to support data-driven strategies
Providing recommendations based on analysis results for business performance improvement

Minimum education of Diploma (D3) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields
Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets (including formulas, pivot tables, and charts)
Understanding of basic statistics and data analysis concepts
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or programming languages such as Python/R is a plus
Able to work independently and remotely
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively
Possess a personal work device (laptop/PC and stable internet connection)
Communicative and able to present analysis results clearly
