- Ensure adherence to customs regulations and policies
- Review import/export documentation for accuracy
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers
- Monitor and report on compliance issues
- Conduct training sessions for staff on customs procedures
- Stay updated on changes in trade laws and regulations
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customs compliance or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Understanding of customs regulations, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, occasional overtime during peak seasons.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, proactive, and a team player with problem-solving abilities.
