Turkish Community Support Specialist (Remote, Full-Time)

Work Mode: Fully Remote

Responsibilities

1. Support and engage with our Turkish-speaking community, primarily on Telegram

2. Respond to inquiries regarding accounts, trading, deposits, and withdrawals

3. Escalate technical/complex issues to internal teams efficiently

4. Maintain a friendly, secure, and supportive environment within community channels

Requirements

1. Native Turkish speaker

2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in community or customer support at a cryptocurrency exchange

3. Proven experience in managing Telegram communities

4. Responsible, proactive, and comfortable with shift schedules

Shifts (Turkey Time)

09:00 – 17:00

17:00 – 01:00

01:00 – 09:00

(Rotating weekly, 1 day off per week)
