Responsabilidades:
1. Responsável por receber as consultas dos usuários através de ferramentas de atendimento online e responder às dúvidas dos usuários;
2. Retornar de forma rápida os problemas existentes, coletar e organizar as questões;
3. Possuir forte sensibilidade comercial, sendo capaz de entender conceitos básicos de negócios após o treinamento. Conhecimento e experiência em finanças serão considerados um diferencial;
4. Realizar sessões de brainstorming para superar obstáculos na experiência do usuário, identificar necessidades dos usuários e impulsionar a resolução de problemas e a otimização de processos;
5. Ser capaz de se adaptar a turnos de trabalho. / Ser capaz de se adaptar a longos turnos noturnos.
