職位職責
- 通過在線聊天、電子郵件、在線客服工具接收用戶諮詢，並解答用戶疑問；
- 及時反饋處理過程中存在的問題，收集和整理常見問題；
- 具備較強的業務敏感度，能夠在培訓後迅速掌握核心業務概念，具有金融知識和經驗者優先；
- 主動思考用戶體驗中的障礙，挖掘用戶需求，推動問題解決和流程優化；
- 能適應輪班工作/長時間夜班工作。
