Job Description
岗位职责
- 通过在线聊天、电子邮件、在线客服工具接收用户咨询，并解答用户疑问；
- 及时反馈处理过程中存在的问题，收集和整理常见问题；
- 具备较强的业务敏感度，能够在培训后迅速掌握核心业务概念，具有金融知识和经验者优先；
- 主动思考用户体验中的障碍，挖掘用户需求，推动问题解决和流程优化；
- 能适应轮班工作/长时间夜班工作。
岗位要求
- 具有 1 年加密货币行业或金融、银行机构客服经验者优先；
- 具备良好的逻辑思维能力，能够准确判断用户的真实需求；
- 热爱客户服务工作，注重用户体验，能提供全面的问题解决方案；
- 精通本地语言和英语；
- 能根据不同用户调整沟通方式和风格；
- 具备自我管理能力，能够在快速变化的环境中独立工作。
- 工作地点：非中国大陆地区，优先考虑马来西亚。
