職務内容
- オンラインチャット、電子メール、オンラインカスタマーサービスツールを通じてユーザーからの問い合わせを受け付け、疑問にお答えいたします。
- 処理過程で発生した問題について速やかにフィードバックを行い、よくある質問を収集・整理いたします。
- 高い業務感度を持ち、研修後は迅速にコアとなる業務概念を習得できる方。金融知識や経験をお持ちの方は優遇いたします。
- ユーザー体験における障壁を積極的に考察し、ユーザーのニーズを掘り起こし、問題解決および業務プロセスの最適化を推進いたします。
- シフト勤務や長時間の夜勤にも対応可能な方。
