2.Zendesk線上客戶服務系統，與電子郵件處理；
3.維護客戶關係，定期更新公司網站內容與通知用戶活動；
4.準確記錄客戶和代理商的需求，並透過Jira/Wiki等工具，反饋與報告任何錯誤；
5.支援特殊情況或上級臨時任務；
6.查詢區塊鏈上錢包充提幣
7.觀察加密貨幣市場走勢。
- 教育背景：学历不限，具备相关客服培训优先。
- 经验要求：1-3年相关工作经验。
- 技能与能力：良好的沟通能力，耐心以及解决问题的能力。
- 职责与职责：处理客户咨询，解决客户问题，维护客户关系。
- 工作环境：办公室工作，需适应灵活的工作时间。
