Description
- Provide customer support through WhatsApp & Email.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Candidates with remote CSR or Virtual Assistant is preferred
- Proficient in English, exceptional customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, effective scheduling, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Fully remote work from Monday to Saturday, from 10am - 7pm SGT/PHT
