  • We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Client Success Manager to support and guide our clients through their wellness journey. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between clients and the agency ensuring smooth on boarding, program satisfaction, and long-term engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients and ensure they understand how to engage with our coaching and wellness services.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing timely support, updates, and check-ins.
  • Coordinate with relevant department in the company to track progress, address client needs, and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Monitor client engagement and satisfaction, gathering feedback to drive retention and continuous improvement.
  • Handle renewals, upsells, and service modifications, ensuring clients continue to receive personalized value.
  • Use CRM tools and spreadsheets to track client data, goals, and communication.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve the client experience, scale on boarding, or refine service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Sciences, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer support - ideally in a wellness, coaching, or service-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport virtually.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple client relationships and tracking progress.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, Trello, or similar tools) to manage client records and engagement.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote setting across time zones.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve personal growth and lifestyle change.
