Position: User Retention Manager

Department: Marketing

Job Type: Full-Time


  • We are seeking a visionary and experienced User Retention Manager with strong knowledge of the Turkish market for our fast-growing brand operating in the online gaming industry. This role is responsible for ensuring active users remain engaged on the platform, developing tailored strategies based on player behavior analysis, and creating new campaigns and programs to boost loyalty.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute email, SMS, and push campaigns tailored to player segments
  • Develop gamification features such as loyalty programs, VIP club management, missions/tours, and badge system
  • Prepare weekly and monthly user behavior reports to identify churned, inactive, and at-risk users
  • Increase customer retention using bonuses, cashback, and mission systems
  • Utilize CRM tools and BI dashboards to generate performance reports
  • Collaborate with affiliate and social media teams to retain newly acquired users
  • Conduct competitive analysis and recommend new retention strategies aligned with industry trends
  • Work with Risk and Payments teams to create campaigns that prevent abuse without compromising user experience
  • Communicate directly with VIP players to provide personalized offers and support

 Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with various CRM tools
  • Familiarity with the Digitain platform
  • English communication skills

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the iGaming market, (Turkish)
  • Strong background in marketing and customer relations
  • Proficient in CRM systems, segmentation, and user behavior analytics
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
  • Creative, ambitious, and solution-focused
  • Team management and cross-department coordination capabilities
