Description
- Oversee customer service team to ensure high-quality support.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance performance and service delivery.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints efficiently.
- Monitor key performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations.
- Oversee customer service teams, handle escalated issues, and ensure quality service.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in customer service, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, occasional stress from dealing with customer complaints.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, organized, and capable of motivating teams.
