Description

  • Oversee and ensure daily clinic operations, readiness of facilities and staff
  • Facilitates and coordinates patient flow, inquiries, and manage rush or special cases
  • Address operational concerns and patient inquiries promptly
  • Support implementation of new procedures and process improvements
  • Monitor service quality through feedback and reporting
  • Ensures the staff training, development, and performance monitoring
  • Perform other related tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Graduate of any business or allied medical course
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Applications
  • With 2–3 years of solid performance in a similar role
  • Familiar with daily clinic operations is an advantage 
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Self-starter, can multi-task and work under pressure
  • Good client rapport 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and documentation skills
