Join a dynamic team supporting United Airlines as a Customer Service Representative. You'll assist travelers with booking, rebooking, inquiries, and flight-related concerns. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure each passenger’s experience is handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to United Airlines bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and general travel inquiries.
• Provide prompt and accurate assistance to customers regarding flight details, policies, baggage concerns, and loyalty programs.
• Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and follow company protocols.

• College Graduate – with or without BPO/call center experience.
• Senior High School Graduate – must have at least 6 months of call center experience.
• College Undergraduate – must have at least 6 months of call center experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic technical know-how and adaptability to systems/tools used in a BPO setup.
• Amenable to shifting schedules including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
