Key Responsibilities

• Handle scheduling and billing of the clients.
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about products and services.
• Resolving customer issues promptly and effectively, using problem-solving skills to address concerns.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Monitoring and managing customer satisfaction metrics to ensure performance targets are met.

Qualification:

• At least high school graduate (old curriculum).
• No experience required, paid training will be provided!!
• Amenable to work onsite, graveyard shift, and shifting schedules.
• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to start SUPER ASAP.
