Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers regarding products, services, orders, or account information.
  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chat support as required by the business.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Resolve concerns, complaints, or service issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions accurately in the system.
  • Follow communication scripts and company policies when necessary.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams for further support.
  • Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to deliver accurate information.
  • Meet performance goals such as quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support process improvements.
