Job Requirements:

• At least SHS Graduate with or without BPO experience
• Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Basic computer navigation skills (typing, using email, browsing, multitasking)
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer service orientation with patience and empathy
• Willing to work ONSITE (McKinley, Taguig City)
• Can START ASAP!

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries from customers
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and account-related concerns
• Resolve customer issues by identifying the problem and offering appropriate solutions
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude in all interactions
• Meet performance metrics such as quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction
