POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
OFFER AND BENEFITS:
- UP TO 35,000 SALARY PACKAGE (NIGHTSHIFT)
- UP TO 28,000 SALARY PACKAGE (MIDSHIFT)
- HMO, PERFORMANCE BASED INCENTIVES, AND OTHER BENEFITS WILL BE DISCUSSED UPON JOB OFFER
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- AT LEAST COMPLETED 2ND YEAR COLLEGE UNDERGRADUATE / ASSOCIATE GRADUATE / 2 YEARS VOCATIONAL GRADUATE / BACHELOR'S GRADUATE
- WITH AT LEAST 1 YEAR BPO VOICE INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
- AMENABLE TO START ASAP AND WORK ONSITE
