We are looking for Customer Support Representatives to join our Australian Mobile Support Account based in BGC, Taguig. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with no prior BPO experience who are eager to start a career in customer service.

You will be responsible for assisting Australian mobile subscribers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer care through phone, chat, or email support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to mobile services, billing, and technical support.
• Provide accurate information and solutions in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Troubleshoot mobile-related issues such as connectivity, account access, and service features.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
