Requirements:

• Open for High School graduate and College Undergraduate
• With at least 6 months experience in customer service
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig
• Amenable to attend face to face interview
• Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services
• Manage and resolve customer complaints by providing timely and effective solutions, ensuring follow-up for complete resolution
• Identify and understand customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organize relevant documentation
• Perform additional tasks related to customer service
