Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Mckinley BGC. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining customer records. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centered approach, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months BPO experience | HS School Graduate (old curriculum)
  • No experience required | Second Yr college completed/ College Graduate
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Average to Good English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus


Compensation: 20K to 28k
