- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Provide accurate product or service information and guide customers through processes
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using internal systems
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- with or without experience - experience is a plus
- High school graduate
