Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
- Strive to exceed customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales pipeline management, excellent customer service skills, fluent in English.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, potential for shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, patience, and a positive attitude.
