Requirements

- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills; problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require occasional weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
