- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle complaints and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, may require evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, adaptable, and able to maintain a positive demeanor.
