- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Assist in processing orders and returns as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in customer service or call center environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in handling sales pipelines, excellent customer service, and strong command of English language.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, involving phone, email, and live chat interactions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
