Description
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide service, assist with scheduling, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve complex issues.
- Meet performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and people skills; proficiency in English; technical skills; excellent organizational abilities; and team player attitude.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve extended periods of sitting and working on computers.
- Qualities and Traits: Discretion, empathy, patience, and a positive demeanor.
