JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Providing assistance and information via phone, web, email, and chat in Spanish and English
• Provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries regarding Electric vehicles (EVs) or automotive inquiries
• Ensure all calls are logged in the system for proper monitoring and closure
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform other related tasks as needed
