• Handle day-to-day customer inquiries and shipment coordination (Air, Sea, and Land).
• Prepare, verify, and update shipment documents (booking, billing, delivery orders, etc.).
• Coordinate closely with internal teams – operations, sales, warehouse, and transport – to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor and track shipments; provide regular status updates to customers.
