Job Description

We are looking for French-speaking customer service representative. Position is open for both Filipino bilingual and native French applicants.


Responsibility:

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French.
  2. Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  3. Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes.


Qualifications:

  1. Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  2. Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
  3. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
